API and dashboard return HTTP 404 errors

Due to a global networking-related outage with Google Cloud Platform, our infrastructure provider, all requests to the Highnote API and Dashboard in both Live and Test returned HTTP 404 Not Found errors from 9:44A PT to 10:09A PT on Tuesday, Nov 16, 2021.
